RMA is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Mobile Mortgage Agent.  Candidates must be able to work independently as well as work well with others.  As a new mortgage agent you will be working closely with a sales manager who will help you in structuring and submitting mortgage applications for approval.  During your initial training months, your sales manager will acoompany you on sales calls when necessary and mentor you through the training proces.

Job Description

The Mobile Mortgage Agent position offers an amazing opportunity to work from your home while earning an above average income.  Your objective as a mortgage agent will be to bring residential or commercial mortgage business to our network.  Your mortgage origination should target referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence.

This position offers an extremely competitive commission package along with on going sales training and development.  Training is provided as on-the-job training so that you will have the opportunity to earn income from day one.

To join our team, you must be independent, highly motivated, results oriented and a self manager.  While financial sales skills and experience are not required they are definitely an asset.  A valid driver's license is required. You must have the drive and ambition to plan for and meet monthly sales targets and want to join a company that rewards performance with income.

How much can a Mobile Mortgage Agent expect to earn?

New agents to the business without industry experience usually earn in the range of $30,000 to $50,000 their first year in business.  With some sales/industry experience a new agent can expect to increase their expected income to the range of $45,000 to $65,000 their first year.  Subsequent years can easily reach $100,000 and up.  This is a business that rewards hard work and dedication, so the more you put into it, the more you will get out of it.
